  <abstract xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xlink:href="http://172.20.27.22:4000/handle/123456789/174">Trace element analysis plays a critical role in environmental monitoring, food safety, clinical diagnostics, and industrial quality control. 
The accuracy and reliability of trace element determination depend significantly on effective sample preparation procedures. 
This study reviews common sample preparation techniques, including acid digestion, microwave-assisted digestion, dry ashing, solvent extraction, and solid-phase extraction. 
The advantages and limitations of each method are discussed with respect to sample type, analyte stability, contamination risks, and detection requirements. 
Recent advances in automated and green sample preparation technologies are also highlighted.
 Proper optimization of preparation protocols minimizes matrix interferences and enhances analytical sensitivity, ensuring accurate quantification of trace elements at ultra-trace levels.</abstract>
