Our reason for writing Neuro-linguistic Programming Workbook For Dummies is to help you gain a basic understanding of NLP in a format that you can easily work with and understand. In this workbook, we explain the principles of NLP through anecdotes to bring home particular points, and explain, using examples, how you can tackle the exercises.
